How long is the shipping process?

Shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days within the GTA. We package and ship the items to have it delivered by Canada Post. Due to the size of the boxes, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

What is the return/refund process?

Because the boxes are customized, all orders are final sale and non-refundable. If your order arrives and your are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.
